Review: Primeclass Lounge Skopje International Airport (SKP)
After checking out of Skopje Marriott, I head to the airport to catch my next flight to Belgrade, Serbia in Air Serbia’s ATR-72.
Right as I approached SKP, I noticed a sign that I found cute, mainly from the drop-off zone of the airport dubbed “Hug & Fly”.

How to access Primeclass Lounge in SKP
The signage of Primeclass Lounge can clearly be seen as you get through your belongings during security check on the first floor after taking the escalator/elevator from the ground floor. After that, simply go to it. Next to the lounge is also a Duty-Free shop.
I was able to access it with my Priority Pass Select from one of my premium credit cards.

Inside Primeclass Lounge SKP
The lounge mostly offers small pairs of chairs and tables with a bar in the middle. There’s not much seating with more plush in here, but that’s alright. The exposed ceilings of Skopje International Airport made the lounge feel like a popup shop which feels cool and unique.

You can get a limited-view of the runway and Gates 203 and 204 from the lounge.

Food and beverage offerings are plentiful with cold cuts, bread, soda, juice, tonic water, and other small bites.

The hot food offering of the day was beef goulash with rice. It tasted really good that I went for seconds!

There was also “proja” or Balkan-style cornbread that looked interesting but didn’t get to try.

There’s also machines for coffee and hot water for tea or plain that you can help yourself with.

Then, there are variety of muesli in dispensers that you can sample. I liked the blackberry & raspberry variant.

To the left of the cereal are assorted bites of sweets, salad, and condiments. Ajvar, a staple Balkan condiment can be seen here.

After that, I checked the men’s bathroom. It’s clean and seemed well-maintained with incense sticks that help reduce the bathroom smell.

Conclusion
Skopje International Airport’s Primeclass Lounge is surprisingly one of the better Primeclass Lounges I’ve visited in the past, mainly because of the food. Well, at least the beef goulash I had was a contender on being some of the best airport lounges food I’ve tasted!
Other than that, there’s not much special going on, but I wasn’t expecting anything in the first place. It’s a decent place to be in while waiting for your flight.
