Hotels with Tokyo Tower View that You Can Book with Points
Tokyo Tower is an iconic structure in Japan’s capital, and there are plenty of sky-high hotels that you can book on points where you could see it from the comforts of your room! Some hotels will have better views than others, but one important thing to know is that not all rooms will have a view of them from inside your room so it’s not a guarantee. Thus, you should try asking for an upgrade with specific request of the Tokyo Tower view. Your odds will be greatly improved that way, especially if you have elite status.
Marriott Bonvoy
Marriott Bonvoy hotels offer the most options out of the western hotel loyalty programs, but they can be quite costly on points. But, a lot of them can be within range of 50K or 85K Free Night Certificate redemptions with up to 25K points as topoff.
The Prince Sakura Tower Tokyo, Autograph Collection
The Prince Sakura Tower Tokyo is the cheapest of the bunch being the only 4-star hotel on this list. As a Category 6 hotel, so it’s possible to redeem it with 50K FNC. It’s located in a complex of Prince Hotels including Takanawa Hanakohoro, an SLH Hotel that’s bookabale with Hilton points and does not come with Tokyo Tower view.

The Tokyo EDITION, Toranomon
The Tokyo EDITION, Toranomon will potentially give one of the more direct views of Tokyo Tower within the Marriott umbrella, and many guest rooms and suites will have it. The Tokyo Tower view is prominent enough that there’s room category for it.

It’s possible as an 85K FNC redemption candidate, but it’s quite hard to do so, and you must be very flexible with your dates. Keep in mind that there’s another EDITION in Ginza so you don’t get either mixed up.
JW Marriott Tokyo
The JW Marriott brand has finally made it to Tokyo, and is also the newest Marriott to open. It’s located right next to a brand new Takanawa Gateway Station in Shinagawa, south of the Tokyo Tower.
Getting a room with Tokyo Tower view would be challenging here as they’d only be seen from a corner room, which are where the suites are set on.
A Junior Suite can be requested through Nightly Upgrade Award certificates, so they can be used towards it. But, make sure to request for the room facing the Tokyo Tower on top, though the hotel will also have a great bay view on the other hand.
Other than that, the hotel’s pool is gorgeous and comes with a clear Tokyo Tower view that’s even better at night when the city lights are on that all guests can see no matter which room assignment they got. You have t oreserve a spot for the pool though. During daylight, you could even see Mt. Fuji too if the weather is clear enough.

It’s possible to redeem an 85K FNC with topoff at the JW Marriott Tokyo, but you’ll have to be flexible with the dates, and is a tad easier compared to the Ritz-Carlton or EDITION.
The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho, a Luxury Collection Hotel
The Prince Gallery is one of my favorite Marriott hotels in Tokyo. Compared to other luxury Marriott hotels in this list, it’s one of the more accessible ones for 85K FNC redemption.
It sits in a quieter part of Tokyo, but is still centralized. Some rooms and suites offer a Tokyo Tower view, and its cool bar and lounge named Sky Gallery Lounge Levita will have frontal view of the upper-half of Tokyo Tower at the bar counter.

The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo
The Ritz-Carlton is located inside the upper floors of Midtown Tower, one of the tallest skyscrapers in Tokyo. This is where the elite benefits are above and beyond such as providing free breakfast for Titanium Elite, which is not standard for the Ritz-Carlton brand. But, the interiors could use some renovation now to remain competitive in my opinion.
Compared to other hotels, the potential for Tokyo Tower view is quite poor, but you could see the upper half of it at certain angles, so it wouldn’t be my first choice, but I guess it’s worth mentioning since it’s technically visible from here.
While possible to redeem with 85K FNC, it’s very tough for this hotel, and the difficulty is comparable with The Tokyo EDITION Toranomon Hills even with max topoff amount.
World of Hyatt
There are two standout Hyatt properties in Toranomon Hills that are neighbors of each other inside the same Mori Tower building, one of the tallest skyscraper in Tokyo that’s within distance with the view of Tokyo Tower.
Andaz Tokyo Toranomon Hills
The Andaz is one of the most popular hotels for those who are loyal to the Hyatt program. It’s very competitive for award space because of that despite it being a Category 8 hotel, the highest Category of Hyatt so far with 45K points per night max. But, the recent renovation of the Park Hyatt Tokyo eases the competition a bit so you’ll have better chances in grabbing a standard room than before for the time being.
It sits on the upper floor of Mori Tower, so in addition of a potential Tokyo Tower view, the Tokyo view will be spectacular as well. Guest rooms and suites may include the tower view.

Hotel Toranomon Hills
Hotel Toranomon Hills is the younger sibling of the under the Unbound Collection brand of Hyatt, floors below of it. It will be cheaper on points than the Andaz, being a Category 7 instead of 8, with max of 35K points per night. However, it can be more competitive than the Andaz at times, possibly due to the lower price.

IHG One Rewards
There is only one option in the IHG program, and it’s the classic InterContinental in the heart of the metropolis.
ANA InterContinental Tokyo
The ANA InterContinental Tokyo finished their guest room renovations back in 2024, so the hotel feel nice and fresh.

I was given a Tokyo Tower view as IHG Diamond on my second stay at this hotel. Of course, you can simply request it which should be no problem for elite members as you don’t need a suite to get this view.

Prices are very dynamic with IHG unfortunately, and it could cost as much as 120k IHG points per night, though they can be more manageable during off-seasons. IHG has 4th night free from owning their co-branded credit cards like the Chase IHG Premier and IHG Premier Business, 40K Free Night that you can topoff with unlimited amount of points, and usually offer double points deals to help with the cost.
Hilton Honors
Unfortunately, there are no hotels in Hilton Honors that give a view of Tokyo Tower from the guest rooms to their facilities.
Conclusion
There are 8 hotels with Tokyo Tower view that you can book with points across Marriott, Hyatt, and IHG programs. All of them command a high price, even the 4-star Prince Sakura Tower Tokyo, Autograph Collection.
Some of the best ones come from Toranomon Hills with the Andaz, Hotel Toranomon Hills, and the EDITION Toranomon. ANA InterContinental Tokyo and JW Marriott aren’t too shabby either! But, the likes of Prince Gallery and Ritz-Carlton would only offer partial upper-half views mostly.
